Why am I feeling so run down all the time? What can I do?

For the past 3 months ro so I’ve been feeling so run down and ill all the time. I’m tired and lethargic.
I’ve been working long hours for the past year when I started a new job, but it’s never been an issue before.
I eat well, lots of vegetables
I probably don’t drink as much as I should - I drink alot of tea with skimmed milk and half a sugar, rarely alcohol (once a month if that).
I very very rarely eat takeaway or fast food - once a month. Rarely eat chocolate or crisps, I eat alot of rice cakes, Ryvita, cottage and cream cheese, lettuce, meats, pasta, bread.
I drink Actimel every day and take multivitamins, and for the past little while a seperate vitamin C tablet.
Any suggestions would be welcome!!
